  The reason I give it 3 stars is the wait time (3 hrs) after they diagnose the equipment. Who wants to wait 3 hrs before heading to the beach? So after doing some homework I found out that if you are willing to drive 45 min to the Galleria Mall and wait at the Apple store there for 30 min I saved an hour and 45 min of wait. As it turns out my I went on a Wed afternoon when they took my daughter's iwatch for repair, to our surprise they sent a new watch hand delivered by UPS on Friday afternoon.

  The service is much better when I'm buy potatoes in a grocery store than here when I was buying the phone. Horrible service. The specialists were more talking between each other then with customers. But when I tried to ask them to help me their faces showed me they are not really happy that I interrupted them. A waiting time for just to buy a phone was around 1.5 hours !!!!

  So I want start by saying I been using Apple products since the iPhone 3G. Today I went into the store to have my Apple TV checked, so after waiting an hour and 15 minutes when I already had an appointment it’s ridiculous. So I finally get helped the poor kid had no idea what he was doing, anyways he finally agreed to have replaced but I had to wait 5 days before they send me a new one? Really new one? So why can I have one from the shelf? Oh no it has to be order those are not the replacements. Okay sure I’m getting a refurbished unit! Oh no it’s new. Yea right Apple. So anyways hopefully in 5 days I get my refurbished Apple TV. So my other biggest concern is Apple charges all their products so expensive and that’s fine I never complained about it I have every Apple product update now , but a simple Apple Watch band they can’t replace it because I can’t find the receipt really Apple? Rather have an upset customer when clearly I’m showing the band it’s defective. Anyways the manager was also useless. Not all Apple stores are the same but clearly this one it’s one of the worst ones I been too. Definitely need a big improvement in customer service and making sure your customers are always happy. It’s not just about selling more and more but also about helping and keeping your current customers.
