  I am very upset with how unprofessional the front desk employees are. They take the liberty to cancel appointments when you don't respond to their text. I was waiting for a response from my son's pediatrician to give approval for the root canal. I responded to their text with a text at 5:30 pm the day before the appointment. Day of the appointment, I received a call from the dental assistant at 8:50am informing me, my son's 9:30am appointment was rescheduled. I informed them that I was arriving after being in commute for an hour already. The assistant's response was to come in an speak to the manager. I arrived at 8:59am, had to pay parking only to be told that they cannot afford to have open slots, therefore, if they do not speak to you when they call they will cancel it. In regards to Dr. Herrera, he is an exceptional doctor. Very kind, professional and very good at what he does. If only he could hire competent employees I would definitely give him 5 stars.
