  Google says they open at 11am. I get there and there's a piece of paper stuck to the door that says they open at 1:30pm. So I waited untill 1:30pm, it didn't open. Waited about 20 more minutes, store never opened so I left. I went back a couple time over the next hour and it was still closed. Was pretty upset as I was visiting from Canada.

  Store was closed during open hours without any explanation. Arrived at 11:30 am and waited for 20 min to see if they would open. Called the phone number a couple of times without any reply or machine explanation to why they were not open.

  I booked an appointment and paid my deposit for makeup for two on new years eve on november 21st. So waiting in the hotel room i get a call from the makeup artist 10 after the appointment we had stating she wasn't going to make it. I then called the owner who had no back up plan for cancellations and no recourse for patrons left hanging by stylist that did not plan out their day well enough to avoid things like this. I am furious that we were not able to have our makeup done and had i known this in the morning verses after 7 pm I might have been able to have my makeup done at MAC as they were doing makeup for patrons. So I was told I would be refunded by deposit two which I am still waiting. I would not use this company again... Oh and I received a text message apology from the company addressed to another client that apparently was left hanging as well... I am going to call today to get my money back, my recourse will be to notify the credit card company if they do not respond. We are doing vegas again next year and i will be going to MAC or Sephora!!
