  The billing and customer service does not deserve even 1 star. It is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They never sent an invoice to my 17 y.o. son, but called almost 8 month later and threatened to send him to collection.
  Then my mother in law received a bill for services.
  There are only 2 ways to pay it: mail a check or call a phone. So i called the phone, reached billing from 5th attempt, provided payment info and was told that the payment was successful. Later I checked the card statement and did not find that transaction. So i called again and was very frustrated. But those witches talk to you they are the smartest people in Miami, however, they are not and the customer service they provide is as horrible as it gets.
