  Pilates on the Beach sets the bar very high. I started taking pilates classes when the studio first opened and I have been hooked ever since. I began as a way to tone my body and upkeep it but the benefits far outweighed my expectations. I began to stand up taller and felt my posture improving over the months. I began to feel more motivated to maintain my healthy lifestyle.
  The studio has a diverse array of instructors so you are bound to find the ones that you find work best for you. I like the intimate setting and the fact that the instructors all know you personally and genuinely care. Once you try Pilates on the beach you wont even be tempted to look elsewhere.
