  Excellent service. Rich Driesbach in particular kept our holiday in track after Sixt failed to haveour prebooked and paid for vehicle available!? He dealt with our problem with efficiency and courtesy! Great selection of vehicles at a good competitive price.
  Rich is the main reason I would use Alamo again.

  1 Star is way too much. Bad service, we have to talk at the phone in English to someone, although our English is really bad (we'refrom Germany). The guy at the desk is just smiling at us instead of helping us. They are making jokes about their customers and one of them played a game with his phone while we were waiting for help. Our car didn't work and it took about 2 hours to solve an easy problem.
