  Friendly staff, good facilities. Close to everything. It is small but I preferred this over the bigger busier hotels. Great service! but need to make it more accessible such as ramps for entrances.

  First time to South Beach and the Gale was right in the center of it all!
  
  Very friendly staff to welcome you. The room was perfect for a solo stay. Sitting out on the patio each morning to enjoy breakfast was superb.
  
  And that location! A quick walk to the beach, with its own private area was amazing.
  
  Some have complained about noise (and South Beach is a happening place after sundown) but none of it kept me awake or irritated me.
  
  There are things all around you can walk to and enjoy. The staff was very helpful in arranging a tour of Miami. This was really a first rate operation and I hope to stay there again one day.
