  We rented 2 condos from this company at 5101 Collins in Miami for (march 11-17, 2017) . NEVER got wifi access in the apartment despite being told it was included in the cost of our rent, and going down to front desk every day. we also could never get pool or beach towels as promised because they were always OUT! The apartment was nice, grounds were fine, beach directly behind the condo is very rocky. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
