  Left without words. I first bought a bathing suit here about 10 days ago, the price was $64 plus tax but I was informed that I could receive a 10% discount, the catch however, was that I had to leave a 5 star review, to which I did.
  
  A few days later I wore the bathing suit for the first and only time to a pool. Once home, I noticed that the bottom area of the bathing-suit had formed little balls of thread, this typically only happens to something that has been worn or washed a lot, this should not happen after a one time use and without washing. Upon reviewing my receipt before going to the store for a refund I saw that I not only did not get my 10% off but was overcharged by $10.
  
  Once at the store, I spoke to the manager whom said that there was nothing she could do and that at the very best could refund me the overcharged $10 (no mention of the additional discount I was owed for the 10% off). Not satisfied, I was put in touch with the owner, she went on to explain that if I wore it to the pool or jacuzzi and something happened it was my fault comparing it to "getting mud on a sweater." I was literally speechless, first, its a bathing suit and it was used for the purpose it was created for and second, your comparison makes no sense. She did however, offer me a 25% discount on my next purchase to which I politely declined.

  Very disappointed with today’s customer service at OMG! I bought a bikini and coverup. Never open the bag until 2 days later before leaving my trip that I see they never even placed my bikini in the bag. I called them to let them know and they literally told me if I was lying and wanted a second exact bikini for no reason !!! They even made a story and said they saw me in the cameras taking the bikini ! As I told them to show me the video they didnt even bother because they knew they were lying. As a customer I will never come back. I always shop beachbunny and omg .. very upset making me feel like I was lying or stealing when it was your employees fault for not giving me what I actually paid for. You just lost a customer ...next time check inventory and you will realize you were wrong !
