  I tried a few classes at this location and enjoyed the trainers. Excellent fitness and desk staff are friendly. Only two complaints: Location memberships cost are about $60 more expensive than other OTF. Second, I signed up for an 8 class pack, and after finding I wanted to go every day (because I loved it so much!), I asked if I could upgrade the 8 class pack to unlimited ($70 difference). Instead of charging me the difference after the first week, and upgrading my account to unlimited for the remaining three weeks, I had to pay $200 again to start a new month of unlimited, so I ended up paying $380 for one month. Looking for a double sale rather than working with a client who wants to come more often didn't leave a favorable impression on me. Other than that trainers are top notch. Commit to whatever package you want when you're sure of it, otherwise it could end up being a very expensive first month for a gym.
