  The Pilates Place is a wonderful studio. Louis and Jackie are both great teachers and offer very personalized workouts. I've been doing pilates for more than 10 years and they teach me something new every time I visit.

  I survived breast cancer. But years of sitting down in front of a computer was slowly killing me. 3 years ago I started working with Jackie, Louis and a great group of instructors at the Pilates Place. They have trained my body to discover an inner strength and power that has changed my life, my posture and my health. Investing in both individual and group classes has been worth every penny and every minute of time. I am now addicted to Pilates and healthier because of it.
