  On 03.09.2018 at check out time I knocked on the reception door to get checked out with the guy that checked me in on 03.07.2018. He came out, I gave him back keys of the apartment and he suggested that we walk back to the apartment to do inspection of it. He checked apartment in this order: living room, sofa and sheets, tv, bedroom, bathroom, closet, kitchen, cabinets and refrigerator. Everything was in the same condition as it was when we entered on day one, he confirmed it and we were good to go, we walked out together, shook hands and we left. Over an hour after we left I got call from the owner of Villa Byron suites telling me that TV in the apartment I used was found broken (damaged) and sent me video of the apartment I rented with broken TV device on it (with hole on the screen) made by reception guy. Also he was telling me that I will be charged $250 for broken TV.
  I drove back, called police and they came and made report.
  Video I got was not made at the moment of my leaving because sofa bed and bed in the bedroom were not set up as they were on the video - they were used to be slept on them that morning.
  I repeat, I left appartment along with reception guy at 11.25am after I was approved to leave due to everything was in good order.
  I don't know why he (reception guy) is trying to set me up broken TV. I think he's trying to hide something. The night before my leaving I could not sleep from midnight till 2am because there was some noise coming from apartment upstairs - some woman screaming "leave me alone" and cursing and a guy yelling at her. Also I could hear noise from throwing some heavy stuff on the floor or so.
  Some lady, manager of Villa Byron suites also came there and advised me to dispute $250 transaction they made on my credit card with my credit card company with explanation: "it happens"??? She didn't let me talk with reception guy face to face by telling him to leave.
  I'm writing this review because I don't want to let them take advantage of somebody else as well in the future like they are trying to me
